Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada via Canada Post. Currently we ship within Canada, with USA shipping coming soon.
How long does shipping take? +
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time varies by location, but typically arrives within 5–10 business days across Canada.
Do you ship to the USA? +
Not yet, but USA shipping is coming soon! We're currently focused on our launch within Canada. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when US shipping goes live.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at hello@bluegoatclothing.com before sending anything back.
Can I exchange my size? +
Absolutely. If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange for you. We want you to love your BLUEGOAT piece.
The Fabric
What is Tencel™ Modal Micro Scuba? +
It's our exclusive fabric blend: 47% Tencel™ Modal, 47% Polyester, and 6% Spandex. Tencel™ Modal is derived from natural cellulose fibres and is certified eco-friendly. Combined with polyester and spandex, it creates a fabric that's incredibly soft, anti-pilling, four-way stretch, and wrinkle-resistant.
How do I care for my BLUEGOAT garment? +
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. A low iron can be used if needed, though the fabric is naturally wrinkle-resistant.
Will my garment shrink? +
In a regular wash and dry cycle, your garment may shrink by approximately 1% or less — practically nothing. To keep your garment looking its best, we recommend laying it flat to dry or using a low-temperature dryer setting.
Sizing & Fit
How does BLUEGOAT sizing run? +
Our garments are designed with a modern, slightly relaxed fit. We recommend checking our size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest going up for a looser fit or staying true to size for a fitted look.
What sizes do you carry? +
We carry XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Size availability may vary by style and colour. If your size is sold out, sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
